Identity checking service gets a re-designed website and new features.
Wakefield: 17th February 2008: Yorkshire Digital Logistics company, eleventeenth, today launched a new website for Veri-fy Identity Limited, the innovative remote face-to-face identity checking service. The new site is designed to give a more human face to the Veri-fy service, and to explain the service offerings in a more user- friendly manner to potential clients. It also delivers a raft of new features for potential and existing clients and for Veri-fy staff to make using the site easier and more productive.
The bold new design includes a range of people's faces to reinforce that Veri-fy is about people and identity.
The new site gives Veri-fy the flexibility to include temporary and seasonal messages on the homepage of the site. For Veri-fy staff, there is automated client invoicing, and credit control workflow. For clients, there is the newly launched single-use form, with on- line payment, that means that low usage clients can purchase forms on an ad-hoc basis, without the need to open an account with Veri-fy. For account clients, there is now on-line access to their account history and invoices.
Veri-fy has also deployed duplex A3 printing capabilities at their offices to enable them to handle low and medium volume form printing request for clients who do not have this capability themselves. For larger orders, Veri-fy can still provide economical form printing services, but these are outsourced.
Designer Amanda Dyson said, "Veri-fy is all about people, and protecting the interests of people as they transact with one another remotely. The company is all about a face-to-face service, but the service is highly automated, so I thought it was vital to include faces in the site design, to show that there is a human side to the organisation."
